To ensure the safety and quality of its feed products, CLARC Feedmill, Inc. has adopted international standards within its manufacturing operations. The company has been GMP-certified since February 7, 2020, demonstrating ongoing compliance with both regulatory and industry requirements. Initially certified by SGS (Société Générale de Surveillance), CLARC Feedmill, Inc. transitioned its GMP certification oversight to Intertek Philippines on January 28, 2025, reinforcing its commitment to global standards through an internationally accredited certifying body.
Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) is a set of standardized procedures applied across various stages of production—including raw material sourcing, feed manufacturing, warehousing, loading, and handling of finished products—to ensure the integrity and safety of the process in accordance with feed safety regulations.
This certification upholds that our animal feed products are consistently produced and controlled according to feed safety, quality, and processing standards.

Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
To assure the safety and quality of feed products, CLARC Feedmill, Inc. sought to apply international standards to its existing manufacturing system. This endeavor was assessed by the internationally renowned certifying body, SGS (Societe Generale De Surveillance), which awarded us the GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) certification on February 7, 2020.
GMP is a set of established procedures that are implemented in various processes, such as the sourcing of raw materials, food production, warehousing, loading, and handling of finished feeds. These procedures ensure the integrity of feed processing in compliance with food safety regulations.
The certification assures meat consumers of the quality and safety of livestock products through strict processing of animal feeds, particularly for swine and poultry.
International Organization for Standardization (ISO 9001)
ISO 9001, established by the International Organization for Standardization, is the world’s most widely recognized framework for quality management. It emphasizes customer satisfaction and continuous improvement across all organizational processes.
CLARC Feedmill, Inc. was awarded ISO 9001 certification by BSI Philippines on December 20, 2022, demonstrating its capability to consistently meet customer expectations as well as statutory and regulatory requirements. This certification strengthens the company’s control over its manufacturing processes, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality feed products.
The certification process followed a two-stage audit.
In Stage 1, the company’s preparedness was evaluated by reviewing its Quality Management System (QMS) documentation, assessing site-specific conditions, and determining its readiness for the full assessment.
Stage 2 involved the formal certification audit, during which the certifying body conducted a comprehensive evaluation to confirm CLARC’s compliance with ISO 9001 standards.
To maintain certification, annual surveillance audits are conducted to ensure that the company continues to meet the core requirements of the international standard and remains committed to quality improvement.

These internationally recognized certifications, aligned with the Codex General Principles of Food Hygiene, affirm the company’s commitment to ensuring feed safety throughout the feed production process.
The certification audit was conducted in two stages.
